Terms of Service
These Terms govern the use of the Trendsite website and participation in the events, educational programmes and consultancy services provided by Trendsite Ltd (“Trendsite”, “we”, “us”).
By using the Trendsite website, registering for an event or commissioning our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Trendsite
Trendsite is an independent fashion trend bureau providing research, analysis and consultancy services to fashion professionals, brands, manufacturers and other businesses.
We run online and in-person events, including Trend Forums, masterclasses, webinars, seminars and special sessions, and we provide bespoke consultancy and B2B services to companies and fashion brands.
Some Trendsite material is published openly on our website and on external platforms, including YouTube and Instagram. Other material and consultancy services may be provided through individual events, closed sessions or separate client arrangements.
2. Content and intellectual property
All material published on the Trendsite website or provided through our events and services — including text, images, presentations, video, research, forecasts, methodologies, graphics and other material — belongs to Trendsite or is used by us on a lawful basis.
Material is intended for personal or internal professional use and may not be copied, resold, published, distributed, passed to third parties or used commercially without Trendsite's prior written permission.
Taking part in a closed session, masterclass, consultation or other event does not transfer ownership of the material or methodologies presented, unless the parties have expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
3. Events and services
Information about events, programmes, dates, format and pricing is published on the website or communicated to the client at registration.
Trendsite reserves the right to change the programme, date, format or line-up of speakers where necessary. If an event is substantially changed or cancelled, registered participants will be informed accordingly.
Bespoke consultancy and B2B projects are delivered on separately agreed terms covering scope of work, timing and fees.
Payment for services or event participation is made in accordance with the terms stated at booking or agreed with the client.
4. Use of information
Trendsite material reflects professional analysis, research and expert judgement at the time it was prepared. It is intended for informational and strategic purposes and is not a guarantee of any particular commercial outcome.
Decisions on design, range, production, purchasing, investment or other commercial action are taken by the client independently.
Trendsite works to keep its information of high quality and current, but does not warrant that all material will be fully accurate, exhaustive or up to date at any later point in time.
5. Links and third-party platforms
Our website and material may contain links to third-party websites and platforms, including YouTube, Instagram and other services.
Trendsite is not responsible for the content, availability or policies of third-party platforms. Use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
6. Personal data and cookies
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Notice.
Our website may use strictly necessary cookies and other technologies required for it to function, as well as optional analytics or other technologies in accordance with applicable legal requirements and your consent preferences.
